    Hi , here goes I was diagnosed as a Type 2 in 2012 weighing 16 stones. Aged 32, no diabetes in the family . Hba1c was around 90. Never went on a diet just changed my diet and lost 4 stones in 3 years , brought my hba1c down to 52 was on metaformine 2x a day only . I am now weighing 13 stones...
