I do my own diet, making everything from scratch.
It most closely matches the low carb, high fat as I eat a fair few nuts and quite a bit of dairy.
Breakfast tends to be some fruit, nuts and a Benecol yoghurt drink.
Then if I have something with carbs for lunch, I don't for tea and vice versa, although its only a small amount of carbs that I have in this one meal.
For example, yesterday I had bacon, eggs and mushrooms for lunch, then tea was a salmon and vegetable bake (bake topping was a small amount of homemade low carb bread crumbs mixed with cheese), this was served with courgettes that had been fried off in a bit of butter.
Today it'll be smoked salmon and scrambled eggs for breakfast, I'll have my fruit and nuts for lunch and tea is roast lamb with veg, the small amount of carbs will be the flour in my homemade gravy and my homemade Yorkshire pudding.
Been doing this since diagnosis 2 weeks ago and have lost 4lb, not much but better than nothing.
Oh and I'm a probably 1.5 (awaiting antibody test) with high ish cholesterol (both good and bad) and I cycle 3/4 times a week. When I cycle I have a small carton of apple juice topped up to 600mls (so 1/3 juice, 2/3 water) in my drink bottle.
