Take one moment at a time, don't try and think too far ahead or overthink, it's overwhelming when you do that. Just a few steps at a time. Not thinking too far ahead, and trying to 'live in the moment' has helped me when going through some pretty fraught times.

There is a 'Reddit' for people with aging parents, you may find some tricks, gems to help in there. There's also a CFS Reddit.

Keep writing away on here, that way you'll know you're not alone, plus it does help to formulate your anxieties when put into words.
