Finally got around to trying celeriac mash and it was excellent with pot roast brisket. I used a ricer to do the mashing and this proved to be ideal as I was able to squeeze out a lot of water first.

Lol funny ! I just tried celeriac mash this evening too ! Had it with some peas and roast chicken
