5.7 at 8am - i much prefer that to 5.9 of late!
Another night of waking at 4 am from a deep sleep, suddenly awake, hot and feeling my heart thumping....I'm going to post on a new thread to avoid going off - topic here, I have my first ever "annual review" coming up this week too so that will be another to discuss!!

Mee too - although I was diagnosed Aug 2014. Bloods and urine tests on Friday and then make an appointment with DN.

Day47 ND 4.7mmol/l Sunny all morning and warm this afternoon, going out to dinner in full fig this evening, hope I can keep the carb count low, dreading the effect on my report card.

Don't know what the heck is going on - starting so high yesterday then pre and post meals right down:

5.7 -> 5.5

And today, back up again after a such a low start...

7.0 -> 7.0

I reckon mine is completely lacking in logic - i can understand and know that I do go higher if I'm not 100% but it's the lows that seem to be defying logic after months of being "all at sixes and sevens"!!

8... From a 6.5 last night. Perhaps 2 squares of 90% dark chocolate and a sip or two of gin and slimline before bed wasn't great... I did get a 5.1 before dinner yesterday though which is a pb
