mussels

i enjoy a small jar of pickled mussels including drinking the vinegar at the end... any pros or cons
for type 2s regarding this snack?

The mussels are good but check the label, had a shock when I went to buy some rollmops , a lot of sugar in the picking liquor..

Just had a look on the tesco and morrisons websites..... hardly any sugar/carbs so fill ya boots
