Mine was 6.0 today.

I know this is supposed to be Ok, but I was getting it a fair bit lower at the start of the year.

It seems I have put about a stone on in weight since then as well - guess I need to work on that a bit....

Stay positive. At the risk of stating the obvious, it's a marathon not a sprint. You cannot cure T2D but you can improve the symptoms.

It's never going to be easy, but if it was easy it wouldn't be worth the effort.

Hi, Mine took about a week to be delivered from Home health that everyone recommends on here and they are the best priced around. I'm just going to make sure I order a week in advance each time Hope they arrive Monday for you

It's typical I was in bathroom yesterday morning and I missed postman,
I've ordered two tubs of strips so they should last a while. I will be more aware and be like you and order at least a week in advance☺

Try not to feel down about it, we all go through these motions. It takes time for the bg to come down. As long as you're taking your meds, eating accordingly, checking your portion sizes and trying to exercise a bit, you can't do more than that. It should come down eventually
