4.8 this morning. which surprised me as broke all the rules yesterday evening as did not get home till latish from my appointment at the hospital and and bought a KFC for us all. A lot of calories and carbs.

Amazed, a 6.0 reading for the first time since I went onto insulin (once every 24 hours), but have struggled with controlling my diet as we have been travelling for 10weeks. Stuck to a lower carb menu yesterday and think this may be the result. Hope so!
