Type 2s: What was your fasting blood glucose in a morning? (very low chat level)

Morning all. 4.2 this morning and the last test for a few days as we're off to the beach and I'm gonna eat. Am I ever gonna eat

8.1 at 7.30 :(

6.6 at 10.05 last night and had an early night - had the usual Greek yogurt before retiring so at a bit of a loss to explain this one.

Any carbs yesterday or day before david?
I get a delayed carb effect on my fbg from time to time.
It's either carbs or liver.
Some note a higher fbg when a cold etc. is about to hit. Keep me updated please. :-)
Don't let it deter you from low carbing and drinking plenty of water.
Have you reduced your insulin recently, again?

Insulin doses are where they've been for the last couple of weeks but I did have quite a bit of carb yesterday - more than I've been having recently anyway - so may well be a delayed reaction.

And don't worry ... not going to be deterred ... after last week's session with my GP I'm more determined than ever!
