Coffee with cream

I love my coffee and cream. It is a comfort food. I use decaf coffee and add 2 big dollops of double cream. I do find I need more sweetener than when I have tea.

More great advice here .... ❤️ this forum!

For coffee at home I use Soya Light, I have a coffee warmer so drink around 160ml with my morning nespresso coffee. I chose this as low carbs - the calories in that much cream too much (I believe), and it also isn't good when warmed - doesn't go frothy.

Good choice? I'm not a great fan of Soya, but preferable over Almond milk I think ....

Confused again

I use half double cream half unsweetened soya milk (alpo whole bean) in my nespresso milk wizzer, need three shots of coffee but god it tastes good.

I've just decided to try decaf, I'm going to try for a detox. :)

I stopped drinking ordinary coffee decades ago as I blamed it for headaches. My headaches disappeared. I do have a proper coffee sometimes when I'm out, but always black. It makes a change and is infrequent.

Found a really good decaff coffee in Tesco's a few weeks back, the brand name is Percol and is definitely worth trying.
