Good Morning

An early good afternoon from an overcast Doncaster! After a week of feeling lousy & hospital appointments, with my birthday shoved in the middle for good measure, i'm really enjoying being out of bed again. After years of being told to keep my bs below 7, my specialist has said I should keep between 9 & 11. 3 days in to new regime and I feel much better. Not sure the specialist nurse I'm seeing tomorrow will agree!!

Good morning everyone. Another beautiful sunny morning here in Central Scotland. First week of hubby's retirement so routines changed, usual waslk for me now while hubby sleeps on. (6.30am) Have a good day everyone
 
Morning everyone..first morning in 6 weeks since diag and LCHF, I have women at 7am:) just had time to get in my run on this beauty of a sunny Cambridge sunny morning. Massage, gym, shopping, lawns today.

@amgrundy - Thank You Arlene, saw it on Facebook and made me chuckle :D and thought got to have it for my Avatar. (Will be changing it again, but just for one day - my Birthday!) How is the shoulder/arm ? Is the Physiotherapy working and giving you pain free relief. William x
 
Good morning everyone. Just enjoyed a brisk walk in a cooler, cloudy Central Scotland. Still fairly mild but a cool breeze blowing. Enjoy your day and good health to all.
 
Morning everyone. Dank, cold, miserable day in Cambridge. Ah well...did my run and persuaded my wife to jog along with ,m this early morning which was lovely. House work complete. Off to the gym next. Breaking my fast at 1pm today with scrambled eggs and mushrooms.

Only had one session of physio another next week should have a session tomorrow but unfortunately have to go to a funeral my friends daughter died last week age 44yrs of cervical cancer. Still struggling with it though.xx
