Hi Everyone
I'm doing low carb and i feel I'm sticking to it well, I've had the odd square of chocolate (maybe 2 small squares a week if I'm lucky) i eat breakfast most days and lunch but I'm not feeling hungry at night when i get it at night so if I'm not hungry i wont eat.
i've been looking at articles etc online and some people recommend intermitting fasting as well as this can help.
has anyone here done it and do you find it beneficial?
