Not sure best way to control. I was only testing after eating to see what spiked my sugars and what had little affect. I have recently started checking before and have found I'm regularly between 3.2 and 3.9 before meals, which in guessing isn't ideal. Been keeping post meals around 7.5 most of the time. Bread and pasta and potatoes spike as much as 10 and 12, higher number if I don't have protein with the carb, but I'm ok with basmati rice. What can I do to avoid these low 3's before my meals? Or what am I doing wrong? Been diagnosed type 2 since November 2015.
