5.1 at 10am this morning.

IF really seems to have kicked by FBG levels into gear, starting from 6.0 on Monday, with a drop of 0.1 or 0.2 per day until my lowest reading today. Being on LCHF what I really like is not that I am eating less, but I'm eating smart.

Fbg 6.9 with no evening insulin. I'm convinced I mainly just need basal on lchf but no insulin = accumulative higher bgs.
Something to discuss with dn next month.

Had a bad day yesterday, ate a new food and had a large sugar spike - so frustrating but another lesson learnt. So very glad to see it has returned to the 5's albeit just.

this morning mine was 8.2
