Mine was 4.7 this morning.

A symptom free 3.3mmol/l result this morning. Bisoprolol tablet blocks hypo symptoms so I have to be careful. Breakfast was had early this morning. No pain til walking again, after breakfast. Pain increases my bgs but a night painkiller helps keep fbg lower.
The more organised and methodical the better for me, especially lately.

5.9 this morning. Never had it this high before, my lunch of pasta spiked to 11.6 yesterday. I think I ate too much carbs.

I also want to add my congratulations to @busydiabeticmum great result. I also got my latest HbA1c yesterday which was 34 and 1 higher than my last 2 results but I had put on the half stone that my GP wanted me to. I told him I was slightly disappointed to which he told me his was 37.
