Its within the pre diabetes range which is 40 -48.

Assuming your units are mmol/mol it's not bad, it falls in the pre diabetic range, you could likely quite comfortably move that into non diabetic range on your next HBA1C.

it is a Little higher than non diabetic blood glucose

it depends what you are coming from and what you are aiming for .... if you are able to, you should aim for non-diabetic bloodglucose and thats below 35

I thought it was pretty good too - so why the lecture from GP about cutting down on fats I wonder? What happened to stick and carrot with the emphasis on carrot?
