I am thinking of getting a hula hoop for exercising over the cooler months. Does anyone use one and noticed a change in their blood sugar levels or weight?
Go for it. I go for a walk in the woods so I have plenty of space to walk. I tried a hoola hoop once but it ended up round my neck or on the floor.
