The book version uses 1/4 tsp of Dijon mustard instead of nutritional yeast. I will make it again tonight http://www.ainecarlin.com/?p=5474

Five books lol xxxThey look different , I love spinach I cant digest it though unless it's blended ..
one of those odd digestive problems ..
Great idea thank you
That's a pity. The coconut, spice and mustard sauce was good. Might be nice with leeks and mushrooms stirred through courgetti. I am planning a super salad today to kick off the new year. Like the zizzi one loaded with tenderstem broccoli and pesto. Have a good day yourselfThey look different , I love spinach I cant digest it though unless it's blended ..

Yes love new ideas .. I get stuck and motivation goes , and I stick with the safe ideas@Avenged Sevenfold Once you've had a good look through your books, you'll have to let us know if you recommend all/any of them.
I haven't bought a new one for a while and I tend to rely upon a couple of favourites and the internet (mainly BBCgoodfood.com).
Today:
B: Sultana bran
L: Buffet I.e. leftovers from last night!
D: Bean & lentil chilli - taking it to family gathering to celebrate my Mother-in-law's birthday today.
I think I read on another thread that you are up for trying new dishes this year? I like to look at the Foodgawker site each day and look for ideas or dishes that can be adapted. We have had some lovely recipes from there.Yes love new ideas .. I get stuck and motivation goes , and I stick with the safe ideas
Last winter I made lots of lovely soups , but not this winter yet ..
Hope you are having a nice time x

Ooo yes I love olives .. xI have just scoffed a little punnet of olives while watching telly. I didn't realise they were so low carb tbh until I read the packaging. Must eat more this year. Great snack![]()
On my way now lol .. it wouid be nice to have a veggie club , where we could pop round lol xxxBrunch: golden milk
Dinner: bean chilli, cauli-risotto and cashew "parmesan"
I used the sauce from the stuffed mushroom recipe above at post #844, doubled it, left out the spinach (in case @Kat100 popped round!) and added fried leeks and mushrooms then cauli rice. Cooked it until the funkiness of the cauli disappeared. Will definitely make it again
The cashew "parmesan" sprinkled on top is amazing. Been resisting making it as I thought I didn't like nooch. Turns out I do! http://minimalistbaker.com/how-to-make-vegan-parmesan-cheese/

How far away are you . I am Norfolk ..@Kat100 I don't think I am very handy for the busses lol
Today I had the same food as yesterday except for snacking on spicy seitan sausages that I made. Will take them for work lunches when I return tomorrow. I was still on Christmas holiday today when I went to Tesco and noticed all the Lindt reindeer had been culled and replaced with bunnies! Surrounded by Easter eggs! Seriously![]()
