What was your fasting blood glucose? (with some chat)

@SWUSA_ :D It's really weird, if I eat a normal family meal with the rest of the family my FBG is always lower.

Maybe less stressed when you eat with family? I have started making meals with an easily removable carb- :cat:like bread on the side, or over rice, and I just have the same thing only not over rice but with lettuce on the side or an extra helping of the non starchy vegetable.

My sugar is high most of the time I'm afraid of the humalog, hypos. so I don't inject enough when I eat.....so the highs are making me feel terrible.

I am sorry-I feel horrible when my blood sugar is that high also. I have type 2, but i have had it for quite a while. @azure and @philchap1 have type 1 and may be able to help you better than me. I just inject once a day for basal and take metformin for meals.

My lowest reading today was a 4.1 after I injected my lantus woke up on a 8.2 it's very difficult to keep it in that range.....
