Vegetarians: What have you eaten today?

Good luck tomorrow @Avocado Sevenfold - hope the vegan LCHF diet helps your Hba1c

My eldest had a phase of deliberately wearing odd socks for a while: perhaps it's still a fashion

Thanks! Ended up with son's school socks. At least they matched.

Saw the nurse, she counted my feet, took my blood and weighed me. I have lost 26 pounds (12kg) since last January which is good considering how much I like my food :hungry:

B: porridge with half a weetabix and a handful of branflakes (all mixed together)
L: 2 slices of wholemeal bread with yesterdays leftover curry, half a carrot (cut into sticks), apple
D: Rice with veg (peas and sweetcorn) and curry made from yogurt and chickpea flour.

Usual breakfast ..

Lunch , soup and roll and a pear ..

Tonight I had cauliflower roasted in spices , chickpeas spicy ..

Nibbling... chocolate fridge cake .. once it's made it has to be eaten ... ;) doing well I made it Sunday ..
And a few teaspoons of alpro ice cream ... x

Same breakfast and lunch.

I had leftover curry tonight too...with some Macsween's veg haggis! Surprisingly compatible. I am sure the Bard would have approved.

I can see my blood results online :watching:

Hba1c is still 35 (was at 40 last January just before I was veganised and dropped to 35 in the summer at two pre-op assessments)

Total cholesterol down a bit (HDL up, LDL down, trigs down). I am happy with how this beetus is going after 3 years.

@Freema I think it was you who said a while back you would be interested in my results :)
