well but did shift the linnen and clean the toilet and clean from the cats toilet and puuh no more excuses
yesterday NO exercise and ate a lot 2586 calories of which 166 gr. carb and 129 gr. protein
Went out for a meal and a party afterwards. Got to the meal and realised i hadn't got a needle for my pen - didnt stop me eating beef wellington with all the trimmings and slice of cake and beers.... Well.. I wouldnt like to guess what i drank but my wallets empty this morning ..
I was gonna do a correction when i got home but was in NO fit state... I was amazed to see 6.8 this morning
Played with fire last night and tested eating a meal I'd planned to cut out as I'd done a lot of exercise and thought I'd get away with it. While I technically stayed within limits - post dinner rise was a full 2mmols - it took me to 8.1 and I don't want to go that high, so definitely cutting it out now. Wasn't even that carby- chicken with roast veggies, but the red peppers in particular seem to spike me.
