I would now like to increase my cals somewhat after two months on very low amounts. How do I do this without increasing my carbs?

Curious if you started drinking your smoothie during the day rather than night and if your fastings improved??I have done this with targeted smoothies.... I was losing too much weight as I just couldn't eat enough calories so I now have a daily smoothie that is low carb but around 1000 cals.
Nuts, peanut butter, avocado, double cream, Greek yogurt, berries and water...
I'm managing to maintain weight reasonably well with this approach.
I started having it in the mornings and sometimes another small one after my evening meal.Curious if you started drinking your smoothie during the day rather than night and if your fastings improved??
YUp!!! Lamb tooEat beef!
I seem to wake up at the same level I went to bed at every day. It's like my metabolism stops when I sleep, I'm a strange one lol.
I've adopted that healthy measure too.... One glass turned into 3 last night though and I passed out on the sofa.....That must mean I'm also a strange one! My bedtime and fastings have almost always matched each other in the 5s, but during the night I drop quite a bit (according to my Libre) so my liver must still be working when I'm asleep as it brings me back to where it wants me to be in time for getting up. It likes me in the 5s.
Sorry ... derailing.
One other thing with calories and no carbs is red wine. Once all my weight had gone and I needed extra calories I resumed my old habit of a glass every evening. It's also good for the heart!
