App never shows notifications

I use mobile app and never get notified but when I'm on the laptop (kids permission of course) I do. Different format as well x

Just a guess but have you looked in Settings / Notifications and made sure that the "App" in questios has notifications turned on.

Doesn't make any difference. I ended up asking for CEO's e mail address & got it fixed on mine a few weeks also after weeks of trying to get the attention of @Administrator with no luck. In fact I don't think @Administrator exists,

I think is a correct assumption as well, or they do not give a stuff about problems when they arise.

Won't hold our breath, surely it's not beyond the tech people (is it Tapatalk where the problem is?) to sort this out on a permanent basis?

Strangely enough we can't replicate it. We have resubmitted the app for approval. We get the notifcations - could you please confirm you haven't denied the app permissions to send push notifications?
