Morning All

Up to 5.7 for me today.

Expecting a poor few days leading up to a Surgeons appointment on Monday, than an endoscopic Ultrasound scan and a meeting with an oncologist next Friday.

On the plus side, the NHS have now told me to concentrate on maintaining my weight and general fitness, rather than worry too much about FBG levels, so I feel another Blackcurrant Cheesecake coming on.....

My angiogram assessment monday and procedure friday. Practically twins. Thinking of you.

those in the green colours are in the non-diabetic levels , so idealy you should aim for morning blood glucose of under 6 mmol and average bood glucose an HbA1c of 36 and under...
