I'm currently on holiday in the USA and would like to order some sensors so they are there when I get back. However, because of the ip address I'm using I can't get to the order page. Does anyone have any tips on how to get round this?

You can download an extension onto google chrome to change your IP to the uk for example - or get someone to do it for you? The extension is called hola or something like that and it is free

If you use a VPN, that can be used to mimic your presence in the UK. I have done exactly what you are trying to do overseas. Our VPN service is a paid for service as we use it a lot, one way or another.

Alternatively, as someone says, a Skype call could do the trick for a few pennies.

Hi, I downloaded the Halo app and did it that way with no problem, all very easy. However, whilst I got an email to say my order had been received it took Abbott over a week to despatch so instead of the 2 -5 delivery I normally get it was 8 days. In the great scheme of things not a long delay just a bit frustrating to be without the sensor now I have become so used to using it.

Unfortunately, this sometimes happens with Abbott. I guess they either have stocking issues, or get a bit behind, from time to time. I usually just keep an eye on my online account to see what's going on.

Sounds like you're happily reconnected with your sensors now. They can be a bit addictive, don't you find?!
