What was your fasting blood glucose? (with some chat)

Hi Cumberland how's things in the Lake District,hope your keeping well, and a have a good weekend yourself.
I'm off on my travels again with my sister next week we're off to Warwick for a few days so watch this space for BG readings, looking forward to the sight seeing. Take care K.

Hope you get time to visit the Saxon Mill a nice old pub just outside of town and you can sit out side by the river. Was in Warwick yesterday for a short while it's Judith's home town.

@Cumberland its great. I can't run due to an arthritic knee, so great to be back playing footie. We play at the Arsenal hub and last week got to play on the Emirates pitch! Since it's aimed at older people a lot of the groups run during the working day, so I was really glad to find this one. If you're interested, this website lists clubs all over the country:

Not in Warwick as far as I know but you can hire paddle boats and small motor boats at St Nicholas Park.

There are boat trips in Stratford which we have been on a few times. Have a nice time, Millwright Arms in Warwick is a 500 year old pub and does some very nice meals but not sure if they cater for low carb or not.
