Hi
I got a meter to monitor my sugar levels at home
It's easy to use but there's no paper on what your level should be?
Should I just measure and find my normal or should it always be under 6 or 5?
What is a normal increase after a meal?
Do I measure 2 hours after I finish a meal?
Mine goes from 4.4 to 6.9
I'm confused

You need to measure just before you start eating and then 2 hours after your first test.
