I am not a 'diet geek' but I occasionally have a hot cup of yeast extract instead of black coffee, I think that sorts out the B vitamins for me. My moods have been pretty stable, until recently finding myself at risk of redundancy, and I have been pushing my brain with an academic course this year, the first in many years and I have thoroughly enjoyed it.
