Hi All
I help out with a running group and was wondering what we could carry in our first aid kit to give someone suffering from low blood sugar level. We need something that would have a long shelf live as hopefully it would not be something we would use all the time.
What do people carry with them just in case of a Hypo ?

Usually people with diabetes will have hypo treatments with them.

I use Dextrose tablets or Lucozade.

How many members do you have with diabetes?

GlucoTabs & GlucoJuice would be ideal, both products have containers that are quite sturdy. I carry both when out and about.

I've started eating a bit more on my swimming days; its been working so far, (two weeks).

If not I carry a few Fig Rolls in my bag.
