The lowest carb mass produced bread you can buy in most supermarkets is Burgen Soya & Linseed Bread.
LIDL has a very low carb High Protein Roll.

Someone recently said Whey Hey protein icecream is available in larger Tescos.

Burgen bread spikes my sugars too high. The Lidl rolls and Hi Lo bread are both fine

Oppo ice cream is available in some stores

I have had several conversations with the Oppo people. Their range is mostly low fat and they are not attempting to do low carb. If the serving size and carbs/100g are OK with you, fine, but personally I can't cope with that many carbs.

You can get Franks Diabetic ice cream at most large supermarkets that's sugar free my T2 husband has it and says it is alright

Strangely that one spikes my sugars - cant work out why tho as its sugar free

Warburtons do a protein loaf at 9g carb, Tesco has one @ is 10g and Morrisons do one that I find nearest to bread as it's not seeded at 8g carbs.

It appears to have a lot of unhealthy fructose in it.
