9.1 first thing. I'm always high in the morning and don't understand why?

It is probably the dawn phenomenon where ones liver transforms protein into blood glucose , the dawn phenomenon happens early in the mornings and in some People also other periods of the day, type 2 diabetics are usually having a much more active liver spitting out stored blood glucose and transforming proteins into blood glucose ; What helps lowering ones morning numbers is to eat less carbs the day before and to eat only the amount of proteins that ones body needs ; like under 150 grams of carbs and only around 1 gram of protein for every kg bodyweight for most People that is around 80-100 grams
