Hi to all

Been to docs with coughing no sleep tight chest carnt lay down cus of coughing more when laid down ok when sat up but not comfy sitting up 2 sleep lol.

She listen to my chest infection 2 x antibiotics 4 times per day feel rough lol to say the least got my g son tomoz lol not going to be fun lol chasing him around lol

Oh n as well as that i have diorhhea too n8 just what i didnt want lol.

Dont feel like eating at all.

oh sad to hear you feel so sick, hope you´ll be well soon... remember to drink something no matter how ill you feel..with maybe half a teaspoon of salt in it too..

You can lose a lot of salt with diorhhea. If you like marmite put one spoon in a mag of hot water, otherwise a stock cube.
