Hi guys, just had surgery yesterday so they done a blood test today and my HB1ac levels are 40. Is that still in the pre diabetes range? TIA. Kerry

That is normal - just.
Prediabetes is 42 to 47.
Do you have anyone to bring you food whilst in hospital? From what I have read they do not cater for low carb in hospital.

No they don't cater for low carb, low everything else. No don't have anyone round. Hopefully b home in a couple of days.
