Does anybody know what this means?

My SD code Blood Glucose monitor alarm keeps going off when it is sitting idle. The display comes up with A-3 does anybody know what this means?. The alarm goes of around 5 times a day. I have looked it up in the book that it comes with but there is nothing stating what A-3 means..Only the E's which means the usual thing of not enough blood taken or temperature to low or high etc. It is really annoying.

Try page 26 setting alarms off.
