Somethings changed and the addition of a daily egg is the only thing I can think off

A few more no’s and I’m writing that theory off

What about blood sugar fluctuations? I had two low fastings in a row and had serious hypo hangovers. They weren’t terribly low but low for me. 63 and 67.

I can't say I've noticed any BS fluctuations, but there again I have always eaten eggs so have no idea what would happen if I stopped. They are a staple part of my daily diet, fried, poached, soft boiled, hard boiled.

No noticeable effects for me either and I have doubled the number I used to have.

I have been eating more eggs recently, as i am revisiting and revising my knowledge on low carbing, and my reading are down. just a bit, but a meal with eggs seems to smooth my ups and down blood sugar wise.

not drink enough is an issue for me. being low in fibre can slow things down. never noticed eggs bunging me up.

i think the protean dampens the carbs down. so yes eggs will slow a spike

I meant bg fluctuations such as a hypo causing constipation. They are wonderful for my bg.

They don't have that effect on me - just as well as I eat a minimum of 3 a day, and sometimes up to 6!

Sorry to hear you've got an issue, @Kristin251 . Hope you get sorted.
:)

I think they bung me up for a while then I adjust. That is, if I haven't been eating eggs and then eat some it does seem to bung me up, but when I am eating eggs regularly every day there doesn't seem to be the same effect.

I find it hard to tell, sometimes. I'm working on the theory that it takes 2 days for foods to pass through; that is because things that "assist" don't seem to on Day 1 but on Day 2........
