- I dislike being diabetic and two heavy I am 80kg and want to get down to 50 kg very soon.

I'e Have been sick again and with diorhhea horrible so no point in eating:
Also have tummy pain achey too n painful acid reflux n heartburn feel rubbish to say the least.
I am Fed Up of feeling ill.
