How long after vomiting should I test my levels?

Been sick. No idea why and not eaten since 11am.

Was 5.5mmlolll thingie about an hour before

Obviously lots of thngs at play internally which could mask levels.

Should i get something into me and not risk a hypo overnight?

If your signature is correct and you only take Metformin, and no other meds for your diabetes, you shouldn't be at risk of a medically worrying hypo. As T2s, our bodies usually regulate us from going too low.

Hi. Yes only metformin. Levels now 6.9.

Only had water since eruption

As you are not taking glucose lowering meds then sticking to just water might be a good idea - give anything inside time to get outside, and also for you to get over any inflammation.
