Interesting take on getting the information out there but I found that his rant was 15 minutes too long.

The more doctors against carbs the better. I like his style.
Maybe all doctors should talk in riddles. Oh! In the 70s they did. Hence why I managed without a diagnosis for so long. I was bought up thinking how I felt was 'normal'.
Thank god doctors do have a mind of their own.

Loved it. He covered a multitude of sins in a short time, with humour. Thanks so much for posting - I've been tempted by the Med Diet but proper LCHF is better.

Actually reminds me of the time I went to the hospital for my annual liver appointment. My levels had been in the 180's After 2 years on LCHF the specialist said to me , your liver has been consistently normal for the last 2 appointments so I'm going to discharge you... levels now 35
She then added .. how did you do it ? Low fat I assume.. When I replied. Well actually I did the total opposite she nearly had a fit and screamed... You can't do that !!.. I just smiled.. but felt like saying Silly me, obviously I can't do this, but you're the one discharging me ;)
