Hi I have been on this since mid December and having bouts of feeling nauseous, not listed on leaflet as a side effect so I am wondering if it is the tablets or something else going on. Anybody else on these and how are they suiting them also on metformin which I am ok on thank you

It could be any or none.

But more than likely the metformin, it's known to cause digestive problems.

Ask your GP.

Changed from Saxagliptin to Alogliptin (cheaper) a week ago. Experiencing prolonged and intense nausia, bloating, indigestion and intestinal hurry. These were occasional symptoms with Saxagliptin. Not able to find any info on comparisons of both drugs.
