Hi karen8967
Thanks glad someone else has experienced the same phenomenon thought I was going mad, every posting was in this gobbledygook writing very strange! K hope your doing ok your BG today was spot on,take care! K

You see that’s why people should stick to a levels in mathsie subjects although you don’t get cured you just become more addicted
Oh my, Maths and Science type subjects were my kryptonite - passed GCE and erased the pain from memory until I read this!:angelic:

Good morning all. Didn't post yesterday because I am a bit frustrated. Fasting blood sugars were/are higher than they were in the entire last year since I've been measuring. Can't make out a reason either -- unless the lack of exercise is finally catching up with me -- might take another week to get over what's left of the flu and be fit enough though.

So, since I can't help it anyway, I better relax about it.

Fbg yesterday 5.9
Fbg today 5.8

You’ve had flu though Ziggy, it’s horrible and bound to affect your bgs. I think you’ve done brilliantly to stay pretty much on track throughout it.

Morning all. 5.1 today. Packed lunch all ready for my train trip to Edinburgh.
4.8 this morning proving my body can do it - perhaps the virus explanation was right all along. @Goonergal have a safe journey and a restful time. Wishing you all low readings and peace this Easter Day,:)

White rabbits everybody!!
M has done it again.
Yesterday: a walk around Wallingford, 2 snivelling water biscuits and a little Roquefort Coulet (what a snob) and a decent bottle of Malbec and one or 2 other things but no pasta, peas, pears. No rice, no potatoes.
La belle dame 7.9

The tide is very strong and I'm certainly swimming against it. The good news is the outdoor pool opens today. Looks grim out.

Roquefort and Malbec sounds jolly pleasant and very much to my taste. The outdoor swimming in these climes not so much. M perhaps not a cheese and wine kinda gal? I had some estimable Roquefort from a Frenchman who sells on our local market with some homemade chicken liver pate (with port) as part of an LCHF late lunch. Seems to have worked so you have my sympathy.

Photo taken exactly 2 years ago whilst on a tour of Lords. The tour was a 60th birthday present from my sons and the photo came up on my wife's facebook page. It matched my mood on seeing my morning reading so I thought I would share and use it as my avatar. Please ignore or ask me to delete if inappropriate. (It is not my birthday, that is in June). It does show that I can relax in tightly controlled conditions of my chosing!

Your lunch sounds quite passable too. Unfortunately, M is fickle and clearly needs re-educating. The swimming and whole body- refining experience might have to wait for today. Although the water is heated, it's the stripping down and getting in that is the test of strength.................... or stupidity.
