Morning All,
A quick question about the shingles vax ( not diabetes related I know) as I know that some of you on here have had the vaccination.
Was talking to my mum about it last night and she said that she was going to book for one after her birthday. I thought it was available to people once they turned 70 up until their 80th birthday. Looking on the NHS website it appears that you can only have it if you are aged 70 or 78 ??
Meaning if you don't have it at age 70 then you have to wait until your 78th birthday. Does that sound correct ?
Seems a very odd way to apply a prevention program......
