Thanks Nigel - a day of over indulgence afraid not. Have a badly planned appointment with the Endo tomorrow complete with HbA1c, which, what with Christmas and New Year, will be higher than the last :shock: Nice glass of red wine though should (maybe - maybe not) do the trick. (well I don't think just one glass is enough... :wink: ). Plus I have to be weighed :(

Thanks for the good wishes Dippy and Claire. Nigel - methinks I will do exactly that :wink: May not be celebrating my HbA1c results though...(get them 10 minutes after while am still in with Endo so she can tell me off if necessary - she is very nice though) Will have to forget about them for a day.
