Just a quick question. Is it normal or ok for a non diabetic to spike at between 9.3 and 11 an hour after each meal? I’ve been doing people’s blood sugars since I was 21 and I’m now 35 as part of my job so I know what I’m doing. I’ve even got my partner to eat the same meal (but he had a coffee with 3 sugars, and I only drink tea with no milk or sugar) and his BM before food was 6 and an hour after it was 7. So I know I’m doing it correct. This is only a new thing since about a month ago that I’m aware of. My blood sugars in the past have always been below 5. My doctor did the three month blood test and said that came back fine. Should I get a second opinion or just leave it?
