Went to see the doctor today to ask if I can stop the propranolol. First time seeing a Dr since DX.
She said a friend had reversed their T2 and did I know it could be done with diet? I whipped out mySugr app which shows the current estimated HbA1c reading is 40.2, she gave me a high five. When I asked for a printout of my blood test, she said I was her favourite type of patient
I said it was a shame that results are not available online. She has asked me to put a note in the suggestion box, she has tried to get the practice to put them online but says they don't listen to her. The receptionist told me it was in case there was something that could be upsetting.
I fairly floated home!
