Hi
@Ziggy2017 ,
I'm not sure what insulin regime you're prescribed? Or how long diabetic?
Personally for me. Basal triggered hypos can be a slow creeper. &'easier fixed with the minimal amount of carb fuss.
Where as if bolus is still on board? More like the classic "wind out the sails". (Sweaty fury.) like the old school Porcine events I had as a kid? (Back in the day.)
Speak to your diabetic team (HCPs) about it.
Some folk's hypo symptoms do change. However it can be hard to notice if preoccupied, (for instance.) hypo symptoms can change from time to time & then revert back to the "steel magnolia" movie type at will.
The eyes & "thought process" for me is the first to waive the "white flag." (UFOs & the feeling I've walked into a room & forgetting why.)
Hope this helps..?
