Type 2 Help Please With Various Things

Although a type 1 I’ve also been through it. I have an article of my journey in Chat Magazine issue 30 in shops on 19 July.

The advice you’ve had here ref carbs n fats are great.
There is a carbs n cals book that’s available if you want to see portion sizes actually on plates as to how they work out for “guesstimating” carbs.

Protein is essential for well being and healing from cancer so things like eggs, almonds, brocolli, chicken, beef, tuna, milk and Greek yogurt are very good for cancer & diabetes...
Thank you I'll look out for your article. I feel better now after reading all the comments & can start looking at different low carb foods. Luckily I love veg, meat & fish & not too keen on bread, potatoes & pasta so shouldn't be too difficult

I am a “flattie” and prod and from first op in Oct 2015, despite severe poisoning from the rads, and not being able to tolerate cancer hormone tablets, I have now been discharged as a “NED” (no evidence of disease) and my Professor told me “I am the perfect patient”.....

I take Pomi-t capsules everyday, as these have actually been tested on real cancer patients and have proof they work. Professor Robert Thomas Oncologist has written books on cancer and he has had a lot of involvement with healthy foods... and not eating cereals for breakfast! He recommends low carbing but also the essentials of protein for cancer and natural probiotics for good stomach health. He does very interesting talks which can be seen on YouTube, although I think they date back to 2014. He wrote a book which I talked to him about as I didn’t like one piece he mentioned sugar in. He said he realised this and his next book would be written better around sugars...can’t remember the actual piece I moaned about in his book but the rest was very, very good.
