Hey,
What glucometer do you use and trust?
Mine is Accu Chek Performa all the way

I was using the TrueYou meter - this was cos it was the only one my doctor would prescribe strips for - I didn't like the meter at all, but I had no choice in the matter.
Now I've done the carb counting course they will prescribe scripts for the Aviva Expert and its so far seems good.

Well that is sad. What are the issues with that meter?

Well, I seemed to get a lot of errors (on both the meters I had - I had one for my work bag and one for home and everything else), and the looking at your previous result was a faff.

I have both Accu-Chek Performa and a Abbot Freedo Lite.

I use the Abbot meter because the Windows software and USB connection cable for it is free, unlike the Accu-Check which is not.

I’ve been a Freestyle Optium user for as long as I can remember.
Optium Xceed which I still use and more recently an Optium Neo.

I have both models of the Performa and I think it is one of the most reliable and trustworthy meters around

Been on the Accu chek Aviva strips since diagnosis. Used in Aviva and the one I use daily now Aviva Expert. I have used a few Freestyle Optium Neo glucose strips which were fairly close to the Accu chek tbh but I don't like them as they're individually wrapped.

OneDrop meter!
With it’s app it provides a running log of insulin, meds, walking distance, etc.
For the present you’re paying for an annual supply of test strips which costs a bit less than what I was paying for accu-check test strips under a doctor’s prescription.

I've have so many meters in my draw upstairs I'm thinking of opeing a "Shop of Curiosity's"

At the moment I'm on a Libra trial but also use Accu Check Mobile and a Braun Omintest 5 all are OK all do the job all say slightly different readings.

I have a codefree, accu check mobile, Tee2, caresens dual, gmate, glucoRX and a contour next usb but am using the code free for at the moment because I ran out of strips for the carsens dual.

But usually these days I use the caresens dual as it's blue tooth and I like the app that it uses and of course it will test ketones.

Pity, I would have bought one of those.
The android app I use (Diabetes Journal) puts two zeros after the decimal point, but I think it is just to format the results so they are not all over the place.
