Pumpkins

Hi all,
There are so many of these big orange pumpkin things around that I think they could be eaten. Anyone got any suggestions?

I am ok with a small amount in a stew but for goodness sake, don't bake them.

Bake them, chip them, put them in a stew, then there's pumpkin pie.

We bake most of our pumpkin varieties here in Australia.

Mmmm! A big chunk of Queensland Blue pumpkin goes well baked.

My bad, mixed it up with sweet potatoes, sorry. Not actually tried pumpkin.

I got a small one and baked it, roasted the seeds too - seems good - might try to grow some next year - I intend to try courgettes too, and tomatoes.
