Dairy triggered my rheumatism before I went keto, (4 months in it was a LOT better) .Yeah, low carbing is a little bit of a puzzle when eggs and milkproducts are out, but still do-able. There's mayo on the market without eggs, and while I couldn't use cow cheese, I was okay with goat's, in moderation. So for me it was mostly veggies and meats. Bit of a work-around, but like I said, it can be done. Dietdoctor.com has a "dairy free" search option for recepies if you need some ideas.Hi I'm new at this, does anyone else have a dairy allergy?
