Hi Martin - I'm not T1, but welcome. In looking for your snacks, are you looking for savoury or sweet things, and are you new to low carbing, or looking to expand on the deliciousness?

Hi DCUKmod. Thank you. I am trying to stop snacking on so much rubbish like crisps and nuts and hopefully have less carbs as I want to lose half a stone.

Also tinned fish as it keeps without a fridge and is easy to buy.

(I assume you know that protain needs a little inslin if eaten without carbs.)

There is a Facebook group for people with type1 doing lowcarb see https://m.facebook.com/Type1Grit/ most people on this site (including me) have type2 and don't use injected inslin.
